 We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Water/Wastewater for a key role in the Fort Myers/Sarasota area (or Tampa Bay.)

Responsibilities:
· Project management and delivery, business development, marketing and meeting revenue goals.

· Management and mentoring of staff, ability to lead, hiring and professional development of team members.

Experience:
· A PE with 8 to 20+ years of water/wastewater project management, client and business management for state and local government, private sector clients, water supply, water treatment, storage, conveyance and distribution and wastewater collection systems.

· Project Management experience working on water/wastewater infrastructure projects (conveyance, pipelines, wastewater collection/pumping, water & wastewater treatment), working with local government clients.

· Relationships with clients, state and local municipalities (existing relationships a big plus). 

HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

SCOPE OF JOB:

To ethically deliver an exceptional service experience to the client by competently servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment, duct systems, and accessories. To methodically tune and clean HVAC equipment, duct systems, and accessories while learning how to properly diagnose deficiencies, malfunctions and errors in same. Learn how to ethically make recommendations to clients which will increase longevity and efficiency in those components and to notify Dispatch to ensure the work is scheduled and is reflective of our values.

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

To professionally carry out residential and light commercial service and maintenance as directed and needed. 

To professionally and ethically assist our clients in understanding the operation, maintenance requirements, programming and use of company products and services and maintenance an environment which is conducive to problem-solving and exceeding the client's expectations which will engender client trust and ultimately their repeat business and referrals.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Electrician

Our Electricians must competently diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems and other related issues.

They must present repair options, service agreements, and estimates to customers in a clear, polite, and respectful manner.

Electricians must complete approved repairs in a timely manner, leave a clean work area, collect payment, complete paperwork properly, take pride in their work, and most importantly make sure our customers are completely satisfied!

What you need to join the family:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrician

Experience diagnosing systems, troubleshooting issues, and preforming maintenance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual a plus)

Valid Florida Driver’s license

Skilled at using an iPad in the field

Willingness to work on call evenings and weekends as needed
